As you make your way through my photo galleries, journal writings and workshops, you will find yourself slowly beginning to unwind and relax among the beaches of North Carolina to the mountains of Central New York.

We need only to stop and notice all that has been provided for us, to express the utmost and enduring love; a forgiving love for us forever throughout our immortal lives. A Divine Being that has, and does reward us, as we enter each day within the first ray of sun, within the grace and beauty that gently falls upon our face. Only hours before, this same miraculous light stretched across the moonlit sky. We only need to stop, fill our nostrils and expand our lungs with the cool stroke of the early morning as it stretches out to reach upon the morning dew.

The Divine spirit of nature spoke to me and said, "Share this healing energy, this beautiful grace and wonder of each, plant, tree, rock and divine drop of dew."
